How to reach?

The trek begins from Manali base camp which is very well connected to many of the big cities with roads, railways and airways.

By road: Well connected with Delhi by road, Manali is just an overnight bus journey from Delhi. One can also opt for a personal car or cab to reach the place.

By rail: 163 kilometres from Manali, Joginder is the nearest railway station from Manali.

By air: Bhuntar airport, 50 kilometres from Manali is the nearest airport well connected with flights from Delhi. One can take a cab for further ,50 kilometres.

Day 1

Start the expedition by reaching the base point and meet your fellow trekkers at the pre decided meet-up point. Start your drive to Jobra, the initial point of the trek. Start the real trek with a small and easy ascent to Chika. Witness the beauty of trek, dense pine, birch and green apple forest and enjoy camping on the bank of Rani Nallah. Enjoy overnight camp stay under the beautiful starry night sky.

Day 2

Feed upon the delightful breakfast and move ahead towards Balu ka ghera. Watch upon the beautiful chain of Himalayan ranges as you move ahead. Enjoy the mighty view of the Dhauladhar range as you nigh towards the summit. Reach Balu ka ghera, settle down, enjoy the walk around and absorb the beauty of the surroundings. Finish your day with scrumptious dinner and rest in the super comfy camps for the night.

Day 3

Witness the most beautiful sunrise in the mountains. Start a new day and trek to reach Siaguru crossing the Hampta Pass and enjoy the surreal landscape of Lahaul and Spiti valley. As you keep on going the beauty of the panoramic view keeps on increasing at every step leaving you in awe of the place every single moment. Enjoy the serenity of Himalayas amidst snow capped mountains.

After absorbing the whole beauty and a small break start your descent journey to the base camp at Siaguru. Stay under the starry sky after a night and enjoy the feeling of being in the laps of the Himalayas.

Day 4

Wake up to the most beautiful scenery and sunrise to start the descent journey to Chandratal via Chatru. Encounter the beautiful Pir Panjals and the changing landscapes as you keep going down the summit. Enjoy walking around the different attractive local spots of the place and spend your last night of the trek camping at Chatru.

Day 5

Wake up and start a drive back to Manali. Get back with bundles of memories.
